International Workshop - Philosophy and Science, 9th-10th February 2026
The Confucius Institute of the University of Padua, in collaboration with the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA) is pleased to announce a prestigious international workshop titled “Philosophy and Science”, which will be held on 9–10 February 2026 at Sala delle Edicole (Piazza Capitaniato 3, Padua).
The event will bring together Italian and Chinese philosophers of science, offering a platform for transdisciplinary and intercultural dialogue on core issues in contemporary thought. Among the distinguished speakers, the presence of Prof. Timothy Williamson, a world-renowned philosopher, will enrich the debate with his academic expertise and authority.
